Jon developed his passion through the revitalization of historic neighborhoods, both in the real estate industry and through community and non-profit service. He loves the charm and character of historic properties, but gets excited about new construction too! His area of expertise expanded through partnerships with his compassionate team members, and now involves servicing the entire greater Jacksonville area, from Amelia Island, to the Beaches and St Augustine. Jon focuses on people. He has marketing strategies for selling anything from $100K to $10M, and has the experience and training to do both ends of the spectrum skillfully and professionally.
Jon also believes in giving back to the community, which he’s done by serving and leading local boards of organizations, including the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce (NW Council), the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS® (Historic Council), Boy Scouts (Troop 35), and San Marco Preservation Society. He’s been recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal, Jacksonville Magazine, Folio Weekly, the US Navy, and even Presidents George W Bush and Barack Obama for his efforts. Jon has been a leader in Jacksonville real estate for over a decade.
Jon Singleton is a retired Naval Aviator who’s served in Bosnia, throughout the Middle East, in Afghanistan, and at the Pentagon. When he is not keeping busy with work or volunteer efforts, he enjoys time with his family in San Marco.
